A Casual Visit to Italy - Parma

Hello again! First of all I would like to admit that I cannot believe how long it's been since I posted something in my blog. Let me clarify that is not because I didn't have anything to publish or I wasn't into my blog anymore. The reason is because the last term of this school year was a bit hectic and specially the last weeks, but fortunately school year is done so I can once again get back on track with my photography and this blog :) So in the month of April, I went to Milan for a long weekend and stayed over some family. Since I've been to Milan a couple of times already, we took some trips in the weekend to see other cities. I'm going to post photos from Parma, Bergamo and some amazing food I had. Although I only have a few photos of what I ate, I still feel that I should share them. To not make it confusing I will post those 3 events in 3 different posts. First I'm going to start with Parma, which I must say is a beautiful city and the colors of the houses and buildings and their windows definitely inspired me. I hope I can transmit to you the charm of the city and that you like them :)

Sierra Nevada, Spain

A few weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity to go do something that I have never done before, I went on a skiing trip! We didn't go to the usual places that people here in Europe would go to, instead we went to this beautiful skiing resort located in the south of Spain and is around two hours driving from Malaga. The mountain where we skied was the second highest of Spain and it definitely has beauty. Of course I went with my cameras, and although I was just starting to learn how to ski, I somehow managed to take some photos. I used both my big camera and my pocket one, so the photos are a mixed. I really hope you like them and enjoy them :)

My Grandma's Cat

On my recent trip to Venezuela I got to meet my grandma's new pet, which is a cat. To be honest I'm not really a cat person but this cat was actually funny and it really made me and my family laugh a lot. What was so funny about him is that usually we see how in cartoons and movies, cats are portrayed as haters of being showered or water in general. However, this cat had a peculiar way of drinking water. He would stand next to the tap for someone to let the water run and so he would drink water and at the same he could splash water to his face. The other funny thing that this cat would do, was to hide inside of a box and when someone passed in front of it, he would jump out and reached your legs. We all got really scared when this caught us by surprise but it sure made us laugh a lot as well. I took some photos of this peculiar cat and I hope you get to meet him a little and enjoy the photos as well :)
